It’s a week of interesting, in-depth, eye-opening experiences around all types of design via cocktail hours, presentations, talks, and open houses by a variety of design-focused businesses in the Allentown area.

THE MAN BEHIND IT ALL
Meet Evan Johnson, the man behind Allentown Design Week. As the founder of Stay Calm Industries, a marketing agency local to Allentown, he has always had an interest in design and all that it entails. "When you think about it, everything is designed, maybe not well, but it is designed." Easton has its food festivals, and Bethlehem has its Christmas magic; Allentown needed something of its own. Knowing that design touches every aspect of our lives, Evan launched Allentown Design Week to bring awareness of design’s impact to the public.
